losbetosI grew up eating Mexican food in Arizona.  Sonoran-style, cheese-melted-over-soupy-refried-pinto-beans-drenched-in-enchilada-sauce Mexican food.  There is nothing like it.

There are some great restaurants in Tucson that serve this food, but nothing satisfies my craving quite like a late-night carne asada burrito from Los Betos, a 24-hour chain with locations throughout Arizona.  The burritos — actually, burros — are HUGE and cheap (just over $4 for carne asada, or under $3 for bean and cheese) and intensely satisfying.
